AQUA by El Gaucho
Seattle’s hidden jewel, gorgeous and warmly elegant, AQUA by El Gaucho sparkles at the tip of Pier 70. Walls of glass showcase some of Seattle’s finest views of Elliott Bay, Magnolia Bluff and the Space Needle. Take in the view while sipping an AQUA Mojito on the sublime deck. The expansive outdoor deck is especially attractive on summer evenings, when spectacular sunsets await. Indoors, the spacious lounge and 85 ft. lighted serpentine bar is a showstopper in its own right.

Executive Chef Steve Cain has created a menu featuring fresh seafood preparations with a hint of nostalgia. Fresh daily selections of fish and 28-Day Dry-Aged Niman Ranch All-Natural Certified Angus Beef® Prime steaks and custom aged Certified Angus Beef® are prepared on an open-pit charcoal grill in the exhibition kitchen. The Emerald City Volcano provides a fiery climax to an extraordinary evening of culinary delight and intelligent service orchestrated by General Manager Siv Mennen. AQUA by El Gaucho showcases the dinner-as-theatre philosophy and signature hospitality made famous by veteran Seattle restaurateur Paul Mackay.
